Isla provides a trained AI team for villa rental agencies, property managers and concierge businesses. Marco manages operations, bookings and changeovers. Lucia works behind your concierge desk: she keeps your local knowledge and catalogue in her head and drafts the itineraries and replies your team sends, and she can meet guests directly whenever you choose. They work alongside your people, giving your business room to grow.
Is Isla an AI for villa rentals?
Yes. Isla puts your entire villa and concierge operation in one platform, run by AI employees trained around your business. Marco is your operations manager and runs the day to day. Lucia is your concierge teammate, doing the guest legwork behind your team. Together they keep bookings on track and take the weight off your people.
How does Isla support a villa property management team?
Marco handles operations, from capturing bookings and coordinating changeovers to preparing owner reports and tracking commissions. Lucia supports the guest side, drafting itineraries, recommendations and replies in your voice for your team to send, and answering guests directly when you open her to them.
